Yes, we do open for free trial session and yes, it is based on parents request as we are sure parents will satisfy with the session through out the first session.

We like people to book with us before attending the session. By booking on we can let your coach know you will be attending, keeping the session as safe and organised as possible.  Plus, this means your child will have their kit at their first session wherever possible, so they will feel part of the FKA family, right from the start. Normal trainers are more than fine for all FKA sessions.  If your child would like to wear football boots as they get older, we would ask that you only use ‘Futsal’ boots with no studs. 

For the first month payment, you should make a payment 1 or 2 days before the first session. Normally we will have your details because you have to fill in booking form and we will inform you at the same time if there any available spot for you. For the following months, we encourage parents to make a payment on the 3rd week of a month to avoid miss payment.

FKA will send you an email every 3rd week and 4th week of a month if we still did not receive your payment, however, if the parents still did not make any payment before the session start, we will not allow the player to join the class.

Differment is the method that being practise by FKA to allow player to skip their class more then 2 weeks. Normally, layer need to inform our admin, and our admin will ask you to fill the form and make advance payment for the following month to book a slot to avoid from the spot been taken by others.

When you book onto a FKA session, there is a space where you have to fill the size kit your child will need.  These are then will be giving out on your next training session where possible.

If we are unable to get hold of you, we will send out a kit closest to your child’s age.

We are happy to change any kits that do not fit for another size.

We understand that children’s interest can change and with this in mind parents are able to cancel their training session at any time. To cancel, parents just need to either email in or call us and we will cancel their session for them.

It is also our passion at FKA to keep improving every level of our service, so we will provide you with feedback form to be fill and refund form for your bank details. This process will need about 5 working day to be process. 

Sometimes we do get fully booked and we have to place interested parents/children on a waiting list. When you are on the waiting list and a place becomes available, we will send an email out to everyone at the same time.  This gives all parents the same opportunity to get a place. This is followed up with a phone call 24 hours later to ensure all parents have had received their notice.

We are opening up new classes every month, so fingers crossed you will never be on the waiting list for too long, but if you’re ever in doubt, just pick up the phone, drop a message on social media or send an email. Our team is always happy to help you.

Sessions are held depend on the venue that FKA have. Most of the venue is outdoor.For a specific venue, please contact our admin who will help you with your enquiry.

Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, energetic and interactive.  Our qualified coaches, design sessions that support children to develop confidence, team building, social skills and language whilst supporting them to develop ball skills to become a football superstar.

We are always developing new ways of coaching and teaming up with some of the best sporting bodies out there to offer the best service we can.

FKA is Term Time which we have Off Session and public holiday session.

FKA management normally will update monthly schedule parent throughout the year so parents can plan for their personal activity base on the schedule given. It is most likely will be like academic school which they already their yearly calendar.

Any changes of the schedule, parents will be informed immediately.

Yes, you need to inform our admin in advance if you unable to attend the session to avoid from the players name being pull out from the list. This is to allow others who in the waiting list to fill the spot.

Player do need to pay extra for league and friendly match due to our lower fee charges. However, sometimes we only collect half of the payment and the other half will be subsidizes by us.
