This section contains information of relevance and frequently asked questions by parents before registering their children for Footykids Academy. Footykids Academy welcomes registrations of both boys and girls aged between 4 to 17 years. Footykids Academy is located at the Kg Bharu, Bangi, Rembau and Kuala Pilah.

Footykids Academy is the academy that focus on football development starting from the age of grassroots towards the professional stage. This idea was established just for 1 main reason which is to give opportunity for everyone to be develop as a Professional player.

Footykids Academy are separated to two main program which are Soccer School and Elite Team.

Soccer School

  • Soccer School is a development program for grassroots that allow players from the age of 4 years old to 12 years old regardless of their basic football background.

Elite Team

  • Elite team is a Talent ID program which is specialize for the player that have a talent and selected by our Head coach to be in this team through our Footykids Academy program. Starting from the age of 9 years old to 17 years old.

Tryout

Footykids Academy is the academy that are teaching not just football. We teach, self-esteem, discipline, hard work, and commitment.

Who are the management of FKA Soccer School?

The staff consists of a director, a coordinator the coaches and assistants.

I am not sure about my child’s team. Should I speak to the coach?

No, whenever you have any questions, you should contact the Administration

Can my child play with another club after joining FKA?

Yes, even though its allowed, you should prioritize FKA as your main club. We are very committed with the player attendance for a better training progress. Please inform in advance if there is any clash that cause the player to be absence to avoid from being dismiss from the team.

What kit does my child need?

They must bring shin guards (compulsory) and football boots. The inscription includes training kit consisting of shirt, shorts, and socks. Players must also bring a bottle of water. All gear must be properly labelled with the player’s name to avoid any losses in the changing rooms.

What is included after signing up with FKA?

The service includes all weekly or Saturday training sessions and a game on Sunday Morning/Afternoon. There are also some tournaments and games depending on availability.

Do player need to bring extra clothes during training session?

Yes, Player to bring extra clothes. After training session end, we encourage player to change their clothes to lower the risks of the virus to be spread.

How are the teams decided? And the coaches?

Teams are organised by ages (U6, U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16). FKA will look to improve both individual and team performance. We therefore try to make the teams as competitive as possible. Every team will have its own head coach.
